Amazing 1 bed GARDEN apartment Clinton Hill

This is an exceedingly cute 1 bed garden apartment in Bedstuy right on the Clinton Hill border (Lefferts place)

I've been here just over a year and since moving in have spruced up the place; it's been repainted, and I redid the fencing and laid fake grass in the backyard. The backyard has served me well for summer BBQs and allowed me to have my own COVID-safe outside space during lockdown. It's a south-facing garden so it gets sun pretty much all year round.

The kitchen and bathroom are in great shape with new tiles and there are wooden floors, exposed brick and dark wood detailing throughout.

This is perfect for one person and a pet (like me!) or couple; there's a pretty decent built in wardrobe and kitchen storage and we all have access to the basement for anything else that needs storing.

There are tons of laundry places and grocery stores all within one block walk, Franklin Ave C subway station is one block away and Nostrand A is 3 blocks. This is a GREAT street, it's a real community, with a couple community gardens and block parties thrown every now and then. Great restaurants and bars nearby (Doris, The Fly, and a short walk from all the great eateries in Clinton Hill and Fort Greene)
