Private room in 2BD/1.5BA in Brooklyn

I?ve been in my current 2 bedroom/1.5 bath for a year. It?s located right of the G at Classon and you can be in Manhattan in about 20 minutes. To get to my office in SoHo, even with walking, it takes me 30 minutes door to door. I really love this apartment and do keep common areas pretty darn tidy and clean so let me know if you have any questions.

Your room can fit a full/queen bed, dresser, desk, and maybe some other misc furniture. It also has a fairly large closet (plus there?s a shared living room closet perfect for storing seasonal clothing) and a window that gets tons of natural light.

Most of the apartment (aside from your room) is pretty well furnished except for decor. So please, decorate away (plants, pictures, whatever you want). I tend to keep to myself after work since my job can be wearing but am always down to chat or grab a bottle of wine for a movie night. I also usually spend Friday through Sunday at my BF's place, so you'd have the place to yourself fairly often on the weekends. I?m probably going to be WFH for the rest of the year, but possibly going into the office maybe once every week or two starting in August or September. And I guess when not in quarantine, I'm out with friends, hiking or exploring new food places.

Utilities tend to run a little less than $100/month (electric, gas, interwebs)
