The apartment locates at the corner of Myrtle Ave and Washington Ave. This room locates on the third floor with three large windows facing northeast which filled the room with daylight. The room does not come with bed, desk, and chair. The room has a large double-door closet.

There will be a monthly utility fee of 70 which includes internet, electricity, gas, toilet paper, paper towel, recycling trash bags, and dish soap, hand soap. There are no washer and drier in the building so you will have to go across the street to the laundromat mat.
