Large, Sunny Room in 3 BR Bed-Stuy Apartment

I am looking for a person to take over a large bedroom in a 3 bedroom apt in Bed-Stuy. The previous tenant lived in the apt for over two years and is moving out to live with her partner. It?s been a fantastic place to live and has two lovely roommates you?d share the space with. One is a freelance writer who works from home (even when there?s not a pandemic) and I work for a tech company. Overall, we're all fairly busy with work and social lives but do like to chat and be social when we're all in the kitchen/living room. We're looking for a female who's friendly, tidy, does not work from home (under normal circumstances). Given the current pandemic, we're arranging video chats with the roommates and can share additional video of the apartment. For move-in, we're asking 1st and security ($1200 for rent then $1000 for security).

About the room:
Huge (14ftx11ft) Enough space for a desk, bookshelf, a queen-sized bed, and a sizeable dresser. Also has a nice sized closet with above storage. There are two windows that tend to get sun in the late afternoon/early evening. I still have enough space to do at home workouts! Message me for a video of the room!

About the apartment:

Large open kitchen/living room (the previous tenants left behind an island which really maximizes cooking space). We're on the 4th floor of the building. I've also had a really good experience with the landlord since I've been here. Message me for a video of the common spaces.

Roof access (not finished but pleasant for a glass of wine on a summer evening, or any evening really)

8 minutes walk to the Classon G and the Franklin C, about 10-15 minutes walk to the Nostrand A

B52 bus picks up out front and takes you to the City Point Trader Joes in about 20 minutes

There's a laundromat two doors down that does drop-off.
