Spacious Room In Massive Sunny Apartment with Priv

We are looking for a fourth roommate to join us in a new 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit.
Important: We have a dog! So the unfortunately allergic can disregard the following:

We've lived in this building for a year and love it, so when this new unit opened up, we were eager to jump on it and now need a fourth to fill the last bedroom.

The available bedroom is the second biggest in the unit and you would share the master bathroom, which has two sinks and tons of space (bathroom is accessible from the living room, you would not need to go through the master bedroom).

The unit is brand new, recently renovated and we are looking for a June 1 move in. The kitchen and living room space are massive not to mention the patio which is private. All four bedrooms have windows that look out onto the patio.

Unit amenities:
-Laundry in-unit (washer and dryer)

-Cute Dog

Building amenities:
-Gym in building
-Private courtyard for tenant use only

About the dog: Schatzi is an adorably aloof 6-yr-old entlebucher mountain dog who is about to lose her shit when she sees that she has a patio to run around in. She's extremely well trained but is fiercely loyal, so barking is to be expected when we get a knock at the door.

About us:
2 guys, 1 girl all in our mid 20s-30s. We love music, cooking, watching soccer, and doing other stuff that I can't really think of right now. Most weekends, we've got sports on and a beer in hand. We don't have people over often (especially now) but when we do, we always give a heads up and are respectful of each other's space. We aren't neat freaks but, collectively, we are careful to keep our space clean.

We are all WFH right now and are looking for someone who will be conscientious and respectful of that!
