Now for the apartment. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, so it is spacious, very clean, has lots of indirect sunlight, and ME!!....so there's not that whole 10 units in a building thing only 3 units. Oh yeah, and utilities are included, and yes there is wifi.
I cook occasionally when I have the time or a day off, watch tv, go to bars, to the park, the gym, and/or chill out in my room or lounging. I never bring the party home, occasional dinner parties but that's coz I'm living here by myself. I am very respectful of other peoples space and time. I am looking to fill both room and would like for my future roommates to be someone who is professional enough to be engaged during some period of the day and/or night; someone who is single or spends that 'quality time' at their partner's place- it's a big apartment but 3 is enough, ya know; someone who is very clean and doesn't mind helping out around the apartment to help keep it clutter free so we can keep a sanctuary of sorts to come home to after a long day; someone with a sense of humor, positive, judgement free, and LGBT friendly. The larger of the two bedrooms($1200/month) comes furnished is perfect for someone needing a short term furnished sublet for the winter/summer while looking for something longer term, or just someone who is looking to spend a while but doesn't want to tag along with furnitures. The smaller bedroom($1000/month) comes unfurnished and is big enough for a full bed and and desk. I am definitely looking for someone that is willing to stay past 3 months. Sorry no couples at the moment.
