6 month Sublet of a Large Room in Clinton Hill

Looking to sublet this large beautiful bedroom and private bathroom until the end of my lease, July 31st 2020. I am transferring colleges and moving to Boston. Sublet and rent would start February 1st. However an earlier start of but January 17th can be negotiated. Room will be unfunished. Large walk in closet. Room for a queen size bed, desk and dresser. It is the third room in a three bedroom apartment. There is a working professionals, age 30, who lives here already. There is a second, smaller room available for $1075 per month, but would be under a different sublet.

The apartment includes two large closets, a massive living room and a large kitchen. It is the second floor of a three storied apartment building. There is a small balcony that over look a beautiful street in Clinton Hill.

Clinton Hill is a great safe location not far from Fort Greene and Prospect Park and in close walking distance to the restaurants and businesses on Fulton St. A five minuet walk from the Classon Ave G Train or the Franklin Ave C Train. There are many coffee shops and restaurants dotted around the neighborhood. Laundry Mat one block away. A ten minuet walk to Pratt Institute!

I need someone who can commit to living in this beautiful apartment for the next 6 months and treat the place well.
