Apartment: Recently renovated two-bedroom corner apartment. Bright, open layout with hardwood floors, kitchen with marble countertops. Second-floor walkup. Your bedroom can fit a full bed, dresser, and desk and has a large closet (bed/mattress and armoire available for sale, negotiable with outgoing tenant). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and kitchen stocked. Large bathroom with ample hot water and good water pressure. Central heat and air. Laundromats/pick-up services nearby. I have a tiny cat who is very sweet and doesn't shed, but sadly I can't allow any other pets.

Location: Beautiful, lush, historic Clinton Hill. 2 blocks from Classon G train, 10 minute walk to Franklin C and shuttle trains, 30 minutes to Manhattan. Buses and Citibike nearby. Directly above the fantastic Clementine Bakery. Lots close by, like Speedy Romeo, Chilo's, Meckleburg's, Aita, The Finch, Pratt, Fort Greene farmers market, Navy Yard, Target, Atlantic Center, Barclays, Trader Joe's, Alamo Drafthouse, and City Point.

Me: 36 year old woman with full-time 9-7 job in media in Manhattan. Friendly but not overly friendly. At home I generally putz around, read, watch Netflix, play records, reorganize. Tidy but not uptight.

You: Late 20s/30s/early 40s, ideally with a full-time job. Laid back, adult, responsible, friendly. Knows how to share a space and household responsibilities and be communicative about any issues. Occasional partner sleepovers are ok, just not all the time please. No late-night ragers. No smoking inside. Must be cool with a cat and normal cat antics. No couples please.
