About Me:

I work from home, but in warmer months I’m often out during the day—usually at the beach or at the park. I also take occasional week-long trips to visit family. I’m the only person living here, so the apartment is generally calm and easygoing, and there are times when it may be completely to yourself if I’m away.
I’m also a handyman, woodworker, and general craftsman, and I have a full set of tools. If you ever need help building or fixing something around the apartment, I’m happy to help out.

Who I’m Looking For:

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I don’t drink myself, but I’m totally fine if you do—as long as it’s moderate and respectful of the shared space.

I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a calm, easygoing home and doesn’t often have guests over, just to help keep the space relaxed for everyone. It’s a great fit for someone who doesn’t work from home and appreciates a clean, peaceful environment while being mindful of shared spaces.

The apartment works especially well for travelers, students, or anyone new to the area who’s still getting a feel for different neighborhoods.

If you have a small, well-behaved dog, I’m open to considering it for an additional fee.
