This is a quiet home. All rooms have xtra large closets and huge windows. House is a 3mn walk to the train station and 1 mn walk to the bus stop. Laundromat is just across the street. There will be no smoking, no vaping, no alcohol, or drugs, no overnight guests without prior approval. No loud electronic devices so that everyone can rest comfortably. Currently Occupy with 2 roommates. Preference is for 1 very clean and respectful roommate. A minimum commitment of 8 months is required. Your room will have it s own mini fridge.
