Pretty big room, full size bed, 2 windows, cube book shelf, tv in the room (no cable), space to stray children on the floor if that?s your thing, WiFi included, door has a key/lock. No closet access. Smoking is ok. Guests ok - overnight guests ok on occasion, no more than a week. There?s a balcony down the hall if you want fresh air but don?t wanna go downstairs.

Everyone cleans up after themselves - if you cook clean up afterwards, if you spill something wipe it up, etc. we?re all adults. No maids live here or are scheduled (unless we agree and split a one time cost).
