Loft flex Room - Luxury Apartment

Looking for someone (female or femme presenting nonbinary individual) to replace me. 900 a month, November will be prorated based off when you’ll move in. Utilities are around 125 a month. Flexible with move in date! This is a sublease preferably long term! The rent will never increase even if lease increases because it is a loft flex room (upstairs room) separated but no window. Everyone is friendly but busy most days. We try to have dinner or watch a movie together once or twice a month. Most of the time the apartment is empty because of everyone’s schedules. There’s a parking garage, laundry in the basement, pool, gym, mail room, keypad access door, rooftop for building use as well as a giant private patio (with a couch, table and hammock) just for those living in the apartment!
