Furnished 2BR/2BA + Garden + Movie Room, Dec-Mar

This is our own home in Bushwick, and we're letting it furnished for one winter while we're out in California - December 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027. Three months, one household, and then we're back.

It's the owner's duplex in a two-family house on a quiet block of Noll Street. Our long-term neighbors live upstairs and they're here all winter, so you won't be rattling around an empty building.

THE SPACE
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite
- A private backyard with a gas fire pit
- A movie room down in the cellar, with a projector and a real screen
- A separate office plus a second workspace, both set up for work days
- An electric piano, if you play
- In-unit laundry
- Full kitchen, properly stocked, with filtered drinking water
- Linens, towels and cookware are all here

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- 6 minutes on foot to the Morgan Ave L, under 20 into Manhattan
- Roberta's is close, and there's a farmers market at Maria Hernandez Park on Saturdays
- Plenty going on at night, but far enough off the main drag that you'll still sleep
- Free street parking

THE TERMS
- December 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027. Three months, and we do need the whole stretch
- $3,500/month, one month's deposit, no broker fee, no application fee
- Heat, hot water, gas, water and Wi-Fi are on us
- Electricity is on its own meter and you'd cover it at cost. We'll send you last winter's bills so there aren't any surprises. Go easy on the space heaters and don't mine bitcoin and it stays reasonable
- Optional cleaning every other week, $220 a visit
- Renters insurance required
- No pets, unfortunately - there are serious allergies in the household. No smoking

ABOUT US
My partner and I have let this place to friends and couples several times over the years and it's always gone well. Happy to move furniture around to suit you, and before we go we'll walk you round the neighborhood and show you where everything is.
