5 Bedroom 2 Bath Bushwick Unit, 3 Openings

Hi! Myself and one other housemate are currently occupying a spacious 5 bed/2bath ground floor unit in Bushwick. The unit is a brisk 10 minute walk from the J or L trains, nearby Irving Square park. Looking to fill up the other three units ASAP, as the others very recently left. I work in hospitality admin in Union Square full time and the other housemate works from home.

The unit features two full baths, a massive downstairs basement, a cozy backyard and the building has access to a washer/dryer. Each room can fit a queen bed at minimum along with dressers and desks, and has a wall mounted heating/AC unit and closet space. Electricity and Wi-Fi are the only utilities, and hovers around $75 per month per person total depending on the season. Pets okay on a case by case basis. No cats, unfortunately :( (I am very allergic.)
