Sunny Room in Bushwick - 4 Mins to Park & Subway

Renting out a sunny room in a 2BR/1BA railroad in Bushwick, two blocks from Maria Hernandez park

I've used it as a living room (see photos), but previous tenant used it as the primary bedroom. It measures 11' x 11' with a real closet, and two 6' windows.

Sunny eastern light, locking French doors to the living room (will be rearranging to give some space!), and an external entrance to hallway. Apartment is on the middle of the block in a quiet 6-unit building. Modern kitchen, fast wifi, absurdly convenient location (About 4 minutes to the park, grocery store, DeKalb L subway, etc.). Landlord is very reasonable and the handyman is quick.

I'm looking for someone friendly and low-maintenance during a very busy season at work. I'm always down to cook a meal together or chat on weekends, but am happy to give people their space too, as I'll be out of the house during workweek days and early evenings.

A little about me: 34, and have lived in the city for a few years now. I work an email job in Manhattan and enjoy reading, writing, and slow weekends at the library or the gym in my down time.
