My sister is moving out of my apartment and I need a new roommate to sign the new lease with.

Rent is $1850. It's the bigger room with double the closet space. Standard application requirements with income and credit score needed, security deposit, etc. Electricity and wifi split. 10th floor with two elevators.

The apartment itself is gorgeous and the available room is very large with tons of closet space. I've got a bunch of cookware, plates bowls etc. to share, a couch and a TV in the living room.

A little about myself- I'm a voice over artist, photographer and Barista. Love movies, games, trying bars and restaurants etc. Not necessary but it'd be cool if we had stuff in common and got along well!

Looking for someone who is very clean/chill/mature. Must love cats! No pets unfortunately since Gus already lives here. She is an incredibly sweet and loving cat. Thank you!
