Cozy Bushwick home looking for a longterm roommate

The Room

I am looking for someone to fill a room in a loving Bushwick home. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house and has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen. The room is equipped with a bed, a mattress, a desk, A/C, and a closet. The utilities are split four ways and are around $70 per month.

Neighborhood: 5-minute walk to Central Ave. for the J/M train and a 15-minute walk to Jefferson St. for the L train. Easy commute to the city. Sitting at the heart of Brooklyn, Bushwick is a lively and family-friendly neighborhood with numerous dining options, cafes, and bars within walking distance.

About the current roommates: I recently moved out, and I'm looking for someone to take over the room. You will live with three beautiful human beings. Two of them just finished grad school and are teaching in colleges. The other one is a working professional and only spends half the time here (with whom you will share the bathroom).

About the new roommate: We look forward to finding someone who's clean, considerate, and respectful, and contributes to making the apartment a safe and comfortable space for everyone. The space is LGBTQ+ friendly and smoke-friendly. International students are especially welcome!

Rental requirements: First month's rent and one month's security deposit. Credit check.
