-This is a unique space. The building is a 3 floor, 2 family house built in 1897 with all the architectural details and quirks. The rental is for the 1st floor front rooms including a large bedroom , and a huge living room with a non functional fireplace, built in bookcase and plenty of room for a workspace.

The kitchen is a cooks dream. There’s 6 burner stove, and every kitchen necessity already equipped. It’s super fun for cooking and dinner parties!

Bathroom is newly renovated with a Luxurious Deep Soaking Tub. There are 2 bathrooms, one per floor so generally speaking the one pictured is just for the 1st floor. (Except for the occasional bath with notice :) )

-Sharing with Sara or Sarita (I answer to both) 50, Latina, queer graphic novelist and illustrator / college professor. I work from my home studio a lot. I’m fairly quiet, clean, respectful, and I love my beautiful home. I’m also the gardener and the chef who is responsible for the kitchen and garden in the pics. If you enjoy either of these activities you’ll probably like it here.
