1 Small Room available in large apartment

Hi! We have 1 room available in our large 4 bed 3 bathroom apartment. Room is available October 1st, but can do a little earlier if needed!

The room is on the smaller side but can easily fit a queen bed, dresser and a small desk. The room gets amaaazing sunlight since it has 2 windows and faces a backyard, so there is a lot less noise coming from that side. Room has a small closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.

Lots of fun bars, cafes and restaurants nearby! Maria Hernandez is about 15 min walk away.

We are next to plenty of trains!
7 min walk to the M at Central
7 min walk to J at Kosciuzko
10 min walk to Myrtle Broadway
Under 20 min walk to L at Morgan

We are looking for a roommate who is not only responsible but also friendly and would wanna hang sometimes! All of us are friends and often hang out! Also would prefer somebody queer or at the very least LGBTQ friendly. All of us are queer so we feel it is important for this space to feel safe :)
