2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Bushwick near Irving Park. Room 1 is rear-facing and has 2 windows, big closet, and fire escape access. Room 2 (AVAILABLE OCT 1st) is street-facing and has one window and a medium closet (still big for NYC). In either room, you'll share a bathroom with one other roommate.

The common space has a couch and TV, and a storage closet shared between all 4 tenants. There is a locked storage room in the basement. We have a washer and dryer in unit, backyard access, and a front stoop.

Roommates: Otto (he/they), 28, works outside of home 5-7 days a week, enjoys playing Fortnite, watching old horror movies on VHS, running/working out, and playing with his cat Walrus. Walrus has lived with cats and dogs before so we are open to pets.

Venus, mid 20's, working full-time at a nonprofit, laid back and value a comfortable home. Doesn't cook often but keeps shared spaces clean. Enjoys watching movies, playing video games, and having a chill night in.
