We're looking for a roommate to take over a lease of one of the current tenants. The lease would be for the remaining eleven months starting September 1st, 2026 and ending July 31st, 2027. The room can fit a full-sized bed and has a closet as well. The unit has a dishwasher, central A/C and heat, virtual doorman and water included. The building has an elevator, package room, and laundry room. We also have access to the building next door which also has a separate laundry room and a gym.

We are looking for someone who is clean and considerate as well as on time with paying rent. The both of us are in the hospitality industry and are usually out during the day and get home late at night. Rent is $1300 a month and we split electricity and WiFi three ways, typically around $120 each.
