Sublet wanted for bushwick household

Hi

I'm Ryan. I have to visit family in Australia due to some last minute family health problems. I'm looking for a reliable person to sublet my room while I'm gone. The room has a bed, mattress, desk and chair, AC, laundry basket and some small draws. The apartment is off of the Halsey J stop, close to the subway, and it has washer and dryer in the apartment. Utilities are usually around $100 per month.

My three roommates are quiet, respectful and mostly keep to themselves. We have a decent sized living room and kitchen and two bathrooms.

Our landlord lives in the building on the bottom floor and is very responsive and fixes problems as they come up.

Ideally, I'd like a person who can commit to at least 2 or 3 months.

We are near bars, restaurants, grocery stores, a Pure Gym, and transport, all within a few blocks.

I am looking for a September 1st move in, but later could also be accommodated.
