Smaller room available in 3bed 2bath 2 family home

There’s a room available in our 3bedroom 2bathroom home. Located in Bushwick Brooklyn. J train is a 2 minute walk and the L train is about a 5 minute walk. Grocery store on the same street. Local bars and laundry available within close distance. There’s 2 current roommates. One is myself a professional that is usually working. I have my own bathroom. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Noah he is a law student often studying in his room. We all share the common areas kitchen and living room. A/C unit in the living room. The home is very chill and quiet. The room is currently furnished. Our old roommate Joao moved in April and is moving out now due to his visa being up and having to return to his home in Brazil. His bed is about 4 months old he is also leaving a desk area in the room. Due to him not needing to take anything back home to basil. We welcome anyone to come view it and see if it’s a fit.
