Large room w/ queen bed in 3-bed apartment

We’re looking for a new roommate to take a large room in our 3-bedroom apartment in Bushwick. The room comfortably fits a queen bed and comes with a bed frame, bedside locker, and a wall-mounted TV. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished — whatever works better for you.

Rent is $1,300 a month, with a $1,000 deposit, and utilities work out to roughly $100 a month split between roommates. The room is available from September 1st.

The apartment has a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and it’s an easy, low-key place to live. We’re a 5-minute walk from the J at Gates Avenue and about 10 minutes from the M at Knickerbocker Avenue, so getting into Manhattan or around Brooklyn is straightforward.
