Spacious room available in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Bushwick for $1,312/month, with utilities averaging around $40–$60/month.
The room is located on the opposite side of the apartment from the other bedrooms, giving it a nice sense of privacy. It also has two large windows that bring in plenty of natural light.
The apartment has a large shared living room and a spacious, separate kitchen with a dishwasher. With two bathrooms, you would only share a bathroom with one other roommate. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement for added convenience.
The apartment is conveniently located near the L and M trains, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and other neighborhood spots nearby.
The other roommates are female professionals, with some working from home a few days a week. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces.
Move-in: The standard move-in is available, with an optional early move-in as soon as September 16. An additional $600 payment is required to cover rent for the second half of September if you choose the early move-in option.
