Hey girlies!! We are Dina and Amalia, 20s, looking for someone to join our current lease in Bushwick. We have lived together for two years and the lease starts September 1st/ 1 year lease ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

We are in a 3 bed, 2 bath furnished apartment (previous roommate is willing to sell the furniture in the room). We live on the second floor. The Halsey J is a 5 min walk and Bushwick Aberdeen L is a 12 min walk.

Rent is 1250 (utilities internet, gas and electric depending on season are 100-150 after being split between three roommates). The room is 8โ€™ X 14โ€™. We are extremely close to a grocery store. In house washer/no dryer (we use a drying rack). Laundromat is less than a minute walk for easy alternative.

We have two cats that are the sweetest boys!! Unfortunately no more room for other pets ๐Ÿ’œRoommate must be tidy, has job/guarantor and love cats!

Dina- 28, works at a law firm, from Philly and Iโ€™m a Virgo. I enjoy hanging with my cats, very spiritual (witchy), love musicals/movies and studied opera in college. I do work from home most days of the week.
