Hii! My name's Laney and we're looking for someone to fill the 4th room in our cute Bushwick apt for the remainder of our lease (lease is up in April).

Big room with a large closet, window, shared bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, and furnished common spaces. We're only a block from the J train and a short walk to the L/C.

Rent is $1200/month, utilities not included.

You'd be living with me and my roommates, Joseph and Christina. I work in film, Christina in non-profit, and Joseph in insurance. We're clean, respectful roommates who love wine and movies. We can also show you our fav bars and cute yoga studios around Bushwick if you're interested :)

But most importantly, you'll also be living with the cutest Frenchie you'll ever meet so please like dogs because he'll want to snuggle. No cats, sorry!
