hey! we're looking for one person to move into our apartment in Bushwick starting Sept 1 for a 1-year lease. it’s a 3BR with a cozy cabin vibe (real wood floors and door frames) and all the bedrooms get great sunlight. the place overall feels really homey :) i’ve lived here for 3 years and i love it.

utilities avg $150-170 per person monthly total (wifi, gas, central ac/heat, electric)
3 blocks from maria hernandez park; close to molasses books, bossa nova, birdy’s, hart bar, ornithology... also easy to get to carmelo’s, lou’s, cherry on top, abe’s, left hand path, paragon, carousel etc etc etc. it's bushwick and this apartment is pretty central!
