Private room with lounge and semiprivate bath

Seeking female or gay male. Beautiful apartment in northeast Bushwick with your own common area. Exposed brick throughout. Decorate or furnish as you like. You have a seperate bathroom from me but we will share the shower. I also have a separate entrance in the basement so i only use main entrance to bring groceries or packages. So basically 1st floor is yours with the shared kitchen and shower. I would love to find someone else with a small or medium dog but bot a requirement. I have a 13lb chihuahua mix. Unfortunately no cats due to allergies. You must be extremely clean as far as dishes and keeping surfaces clean. I do have guests from time to time but respect quiet hours and will always give you a heads up. Room is for a full size bed. There is a finished rooftop and laundry room in the basement. Apartment is on the first floor. We have lovely coffee shops, restaurants, bars within 1 or 2 blocks and would love to show you around. Internet plus utilities is about 1 60.
