Room available September 1 in a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Bushwick, near Hart Street and the Central Avenue M train.
This is a one-year lease assignment. Rent is $1,850 per month. Utilities and Wi-Fi are not included and typically come to about $125–$175 per person per month combined.

The apartment’s common areas are fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and everyday essentials. The available bedroom is unfurnished, gets solid natural light, and can comfortably fit a queen-size bed and a desk.

You would have near-exclusive use of the second full bathroom, which includes a bathtub. I have an en-suite bathroom, so the second bathroom would only occasionally be used by guests.

About me:
I’m 26 and work in the office Tuesday through Thursday. I’ve lived in NYC for more than 15 years. I’m generally quiet, usually wake up between 8 and 9 a. m., and go to sleep around 11 p. m. to midnight.

I love to cook and often make elaborate meals that I’m happy to share. I also like to host friends from time to time, but the apartment is not a constant party space. My girlfriend stays over occasionally.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and interested in being friendly while still respecting each other’s privacy and space.

The room is only becoming available because my current roommate is relocating to Boston.
