My name is Faye. I’m an artist and journalist, and I’m looking for two roommates to join me in my three-bedroom apartment in Bushwick.

I’ve lived here for the past two years and have loved calling this place home. The lease begins on September 1, and 700 credit score and 3x rent is needed.

The apartment is in a newer building with lots of amenities, including a rooftop, gym, and laundry room. The available rooms are each comes with its own balcony, closet, and bathroom. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the L and M trains.

I’m in my thirties and looking for roommates who are kind, respectful, and communicative. I’m hoping to create a peaceful, comfortable home where everyone takes care of the space, respects each other’s routines, and is also open to spending time together now and then.
