Room for rent in Bushwick/Ridgewood border

The bedroom (~8”x9”)

We're looking for a new roomie for our 5 bedroom, 3 full bath duplex apartment. The bedroom is on the upper level with a shared bathroom (with one other person) as well as large windows so you get tons of sunlight. There is rooftop access and app-operated laundry in the building. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and there are awesome restaurants, bars and coffee shops all at walking distance.

For transportation we are 5 minutes off of the L and M trains at Myrtle/Wycoff. For reference that's about a 25 minute ride to union square.
In order to move in, you'll have to have decent credit, proof of income, 1st months rent and security deposit. We are looking for someone to move in and sign onto the one-year lease on August 1st.

About the roomies:
We have a very good dynamic in the household, we are very welcoming, we respect each other's privacy and we are big on making sure rent is paid on time. Last but not least, we have a small dog that lives downstairs with his mom. He's very
friendly but it might take some time for him to warm up to you!
