Hey I’m looking for new roommates that are willing to do a lease takeover. Move in September 1. Rent is $3500 so each would be paying $1169 there is a $3 convenience fee, along with shared WiFi bill and utility bills we also split equally. Prior to moving in you would have to complete our management company’s approval process which includes a $20 fee. The living area and kitchen are fully furnished but new furniture is welcomed, bedrooms will be unfurnished. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respecful and and reliable. I’m more then happy to welcome those part of the LGBTQ+ community. Guest are always welcomed as welcome whether it’s and over night stay or not as long as their respectful of our area and apartment. if you fit these requirements and are open to being a new roommate please reach out to me and discuss more information.
