hello! im moving out of my 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in bushwick, right off the Dekalb L.

you’d be living with two gals in their twenties! both employed full time, tidy, friendly & love video games, reading, and going out dancing

details about the apt:
💗 the room is big enough for a queen bed, a desk and chair, and a bookshelf. im moving out of state so i will be leaving all my furniture if you’d want it! no charge. if you’d prefer your own furniture im happy to get rid of mine too.
💗 the room comes with an amazing, two door closet! i fit my suitcases, entire wardrobe, shoes, and laundry hamper in it.
💗 my roommates are pretty tidy gals and prefer to have a neater space, so someone who won’t mind our silly lil chore chart
💗 2nd floor walk up. each floor has 2 apartments, so theres only about 8 apartments in total in the building
💗 you’d share a bathroom with one other roommate, a 29yo gal who is clean and courteous
💗 no dishwasher but roomies who are very good about keeping the kitchen clean
💗 laundromat one block away, Maria hernandez park one block away, gym a few blocks away, LOTS of grocery stores
💗 if you see any cat-related paraphernalia in the pictures, disregard, im taking my precious lulu with me 💔💔

it’s really such a great deal, and you’ll be living with two girls who have Mario party nights and love going to wine bars. it’s a win!!!!!!!!!!!
