Private Room w/ Ensuite Bathroom & Balcony

I'm looking for a roommate to share my 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Bushwick. The 3rd bedroom is an office/storage so you will only be sharing the apartment with me. We’re located on a quiet and peaceful block so I’m looking for someone that won’t bring the party home, but still friendly and can contribute to good apt vibes.

The room:
The room available comes with its own private bathroom and private balcony, which overlooks the backyard. It gets LOTS of sunlight. You can comfortably fits a queen bed, desk, and dresser. It does include a built-in closet as well as a large wardrobe that I can move if it’s not needed. Having your own bathroom makes a huge difference, and your balcony is a great spot for coffee in the morning or winding down after work. Again, LOTS of sunlight.

Common Area:
We are a shoes-off home. There is shoe storage in the hallway with a shelf for yourself.

The apartment itself is modern with split unit heater/acs, in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen with dish washer and stainless appliances. There is a rooftop with a modest view of the Manhattan skyline.

Location:
We are in a quiet part of Bushwick while still being well connected:
* About 10 minutes to the J train
* About 15 minutes to the L train
* Multiple bus lines within 5 minutes
* Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby.

A little about me:
32, he/him, POC, 10-year resident of Bushwick. I work in the fitness industry and am home throughout the day. I keep the apartment clean (dishes in dishwasher, wiping crumbs off counter and table after meals). I do work early mornings, so I’m looking for someone who can be quieter past 10pm on weekdays.

Rent is $1,650/month plus utilities.
