Looking for 2 roommates for my 3BR / 1.5BA in Bushwick — Aug 1 move-in! 🏡

Hi everyone! I’m looking for two new roommates to join me in my 3BR / 1.5BA apartment in Bushwick starting August 1.

The apartment is about a 5-minute walk to the Jefferson L 🚊, with an easy commute into Manhattan. Rent is ~$1,500/month per room, utilities included. Laundry is in-building , and we also have central AC and rooftop access.

A little about me: I’m a 23-year-old working full-time remotely at a tech startup. Outside of work, I’m into music/singing, going to the gym, exploring the city, grabbing coffee or drinks with friends, and going out on weekends. I’m social and friendly, but also really value having a clean, respectful, and peaceful home to come back to.

Ideally looking for roommates who are in their twenties, communicative, tidy, LGBTQ+ friendly, and down to contribute to a comfortable, homey apartment. I’m hoping for a roommate dynamic that’s friendly and easygoing — the kind where we can chat in the kitchen, occasionally hang out, or have a roommate dinner here and there, while still respecting everyone’s space and independence. Bonus if you work in-person, since I work remotely. Please no pets or couples.

12-month lease
