Hello! My roommate & I are looking for a new roommate in our incredibly spacious, sunny 3BR/2B apartment in East Williamsburg. The lease ends Aug. 31st and our management company has asked us to sign a lease renewal by July 15th. If it’s a match, you’ll have the option to move in early on July 15th or begin the lease on September 1st.

This apartment is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows. TONS of sunlight in every room of the apartment! The available room has 2 closets with ample space & can fit at least a queen size bed (rent: $1941).

The apartment in general has tons of natural lighting, floor to ceiling windows, modern/minimalistic aesthetic, and it’s really spacious as we have both a living room & dining room area, along with a balcony adjacent to the common space.

The building has a ton of amenities: yoga room, sauna room, gym, game room, theater, dry cleaners, business center, workspaces, gorgeous rooftop, photography & art studio etc. Our building also has a courtyard, and a gorgeous, furnished roof with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.

The building is equal distance between the Morgan / Montrose L and the Flushing JMZ - about an eight minute walk to each train.
