My roomates lease is ending July 31st and I am looking for 3 other roomates to sign onto the lease with me. This is a first floor apartment with the three rooms on the first level with 1 Full bathroom, renovated well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and the downstairs is the half bathroom, living room, and laundry room and second exit. One of the rooms has access to the patio/balcony. I am very clean and tidy. I cook a lot of my meals and always happy to share. I work very early mornings so I don't stay awake past sunset.
