Looking to Sublet My Room in Buswick

I'm currently transitioning to a new apartment and have a brief overlap between leases, so I'm looking for someone to cover my portion of rent for that period.

The apartment is a duplex in Bushwick, right off the L at Jefferson and the M at Central — steps from Loveless Cafe and Bushwick Bakery. It's a great spot.

Here's the setup:
- The apartment has two floors, each with a private bedroom, bathroom, and living room
- Washer & Dryer and a small Balcony in unit.
- My floor is the second; my roommate occupies the first with the same layout
- My roommate is a musician and software engineer — easy to live with, and she'll be in and out through July with a trip planned mid-month, so you'd have a lot of the place to yourself

Availability & pricing:
- Available from June 25th through August 4th (lease ends August 7th)
- Rent: $2,100/month + utilities (~$200) + a one-time cleaning fee (~$100)
- A security deposit would also be required
- If you'd like to stay through August 4th, that's an additional $320 or from June 25th - 30th  total of $400

As for furniture — I'll be moving my things out so there won't be furniture. With exceptions I could help find a bed for you.

One more thing: if you're interested in taking over the lease entirely, that's also an option. The landlord would need to know by July 7th and I can put you in touch directly. My roommate will be exiting the lease lease as well so you’ll need a new roommate.
