Looking for a new roomie for my Bushwick apartment ASAP!

Hi! I'm in need of a new roommate to join my year-long lease renewal on JULY 2nd! This is a rent-stabilized building, and my apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. Not sublease-friendly.

Area: Bushwick
Near buses/trains: B38, B46, J, M, L
Rent: $2,100
Washer/Dryer in unit - $75/month each ($150/month total divided equally)
Wifi: $45/month ($90/month total divided equally)
ConEd: Varies per month

A little about me:

Hi! I'm Sohini, my friends call me Soh. I'm 32 years old and moved to NY in 2024 with friends (a couple), after living in Los Angeles my whole life. I spent a lot of my 20's coming to NY twice a year with friends and to visit friends, and always knew that I'd make the move when the time was right. I have mainly worked in the health/mental health program management field (mostly WFH, with occasional hybrid work), and hope to join a master's program sometime in the next couple of years. I love meeting new people, going out with friends, and finding fun new places for food, activities, bars, and small adventures!
