Bedroom available in an apartment on Stanhope Street in Bushwick. Current residents are two awesome, fun-loving guys: Eric and Aaron (26 and 30). No pets allowed, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease that ends in February. I'm willing to leave the bedframe, mattress, dressers, carpet, and clothing rods. Move in sometime around the end of May or sometime in June. The apartment has laundry in the basement and an amazing spot to chill on the roof. It is a 1-minute walk from the L train. The building is mostly young people aged 20-30. The apartment is above a cute coffee shop that does art shows.
Rent: $1100, and utilities are around 200$ a month
Parking is available for an additional monthly fee
One shared bathroom
Lease takeover only, please! I'm moving states for school and do not want to deal with subletting
