Subletting Room in Bushwick (last 3 weeks of OCT)

I need to move out 3 weeks before my lease ends, so I’m looking to sublet my room from the 10th to the 31st of October. Can sublet by week, but preference will be given to ppl looking to sublet the full time.

My two roommates (33 y/o woman and 28 y/o man) will still be living in the apartment. They’re both friendly, laid-back, and don't have pets, but welcome cats! One of my biggest priorities is finding someone trustworthy and respectful who will make the living situation uncomplicated for them. The room is not available after October 31st, as my roommate’s partner will move in then.

The room is west-facing and, in our opinion, the best room in the apartment — it has access to the fire escape, tall ceilings, and is distanced from the other two bedrooms, which gives it a bit more privacy.

The apartment is fully furnished, and I’ll be leaving my bed for the subletter (available to buy afterwards ☺️).

I’ve always felt very safe in this neighborhood. Everything I need is within a 10-minute walk, and about 15-20 minutes to a great stretch of Bushwick bars and nightlife. The apartment is also very well connected: 3 minutes to the M train, and about 12 minutes to both the L and J trains.
