Hello!
We (25F, 30M) are looking to fill a large (unfurnished) room with 2 windows and closet in our 3 bedroom apartment ASAP! Our 3rd roommate couldn’t join our lease last minute 😞
Rent is $1100 not including utilities (usually around $90ish)
Our apartment is in Bushwick, on the corner of Cornelia st and Knickerbocker.
We are looking for someone to sign onto a new lease for the next year (2 year option can be considered as well).
Large, furnished kitchen and living room with lots of beautiful, natural light!
Washer/dryer in unit, shared coat closet for extra storage
Bathroom is shared with 1 other person (F)
30M has a private bath in that bedroom
Near Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M and J train stops
LGBTQ+ friendly
We do have a kitten named Eevee, she is very friendly and sweet. No other pets allowed at this time.
