Two rooms available for June 1st move-in. The apartment is located on the border of Bushwick/Williamsburg. Each room has its own Central Air System. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and mircowave. The two rooms available are both  front facing. There will also be one tenant located in the back room. If interested feel free to reach out.

All roommates required to sign and be responsible for the same lease (Per NY Law)-12 months

Roommate Bio:
36(m) Works in corporate catering: I am a pretty laid back individual and I tend to work early. I do not have many preferences for my potential roommates, I do get along well with other people. I do ask that my roommates be comunicative and respectful of the communal rules of the place. Also, I do prefer cats over dogs.
