Roomate Wanted For Bushwick Apartment

Hello! My roommate and I (both male, 26) are looking for someone to fill the third room in our apartment for the duration of the lease, July 1 to October 31. Our current roommate of almost two years will be moving out at the end of June.

Rent is $1,183 monthly. Utilities (internet, electric, gas) average another $100 per person each month, give or take. I’ve lived in this apartment for 3.5 years now, and it’s been a great place to call home.

Our apartment features three spacious rooms on a tree-lined street, five minutes from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L and M lines for direct access to Manhattan. A laundromat is right next door, and a full-fledged grocery store is two blocks away. Our favorite feature of the apartment is the private gem of a back deck that your room will have direct access to, perfect for this time of year.

A bit about myself and my roommate: I work in the music industry at a talent booking agency, specializing in public relations and sales. I'm in the office Monday through Thursday, work from home Friday. Attending live concerts and baseball games, collecting vintage, and exploring the city are among my hobbies.

My roommate oversees events at an independent bookstore and is currently pursuing a writing apprenticeship. We both enjoy music, film/tv, and the occasional bar outing.

We're looking for a young working professional third roommate who is responsible and considerate, preferably in their twenties. Not a deal-breaker, but someone with similar interests and who also enjoys the occasional hang would be a plus!
