Two rooms in a 3br/1 bathroom apartments are open for a July 1st move-in, signing on for a year-long lease. The first is $1045 a month, the second $1085.

The apartment is in a quiet corner of bushwick, the rooms are each about 92 square feet. The rooms have high ceilings and a lot of closet space, with both a large bottom closet and a sizeable upper closet storage space. We have roof access. The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet corner of bushwick by the Wilson L. Very good subway access, 5 min walk to the Wilson L, 10-15 minute walk to the Chauncey J, 5 mins from the B60 and B20 buses, and it's a few blocks walking distance from Ridgewood. There's a laundromat right across the street. Heat and hot water are included in rent, and the remaining utilities are very cheap, usually $30-40 per person per month, a max of maybe $50. The common areas in the apartment are pretty spacious as well., no smoking tobacco indoors though obviously.

Looking for roommates who are clean, responsible, and good communicators. Ideally I'm looking to live with roommates around my own age. You will be living with me, Eric.
