Bushwick Rooms Available July 1st -One yr lease

Hi everyone! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our 4-bedroom apartment in Bushwick starting July 1st. (Preferably someone who can stay full lease)

The apartment is conveniently located near the M and L trains with easy access into the city, plus tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and fun nightlife nearby.

About us:
We’re two women in our late 20s working hybrid Monday–Friday 9–5 schedules. We’re pretty independent and respectful of each other’s space, but also enjoy the occasional roommate dinner, wine night, or just hanging out at home every now and then.

The biggest thing for us is maintaining a safe, friendly, and cozy environment where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. Ideally we’re looking for another female roommate, but open to the right guy if it feels like a good fit for the space.

• Lease start: July 1st (1-year commitment required)
• First month’s rent + security deposit required to move in
• Credit score: 675+
• Income requirement: 40x the rent
• No pets
• Rent does not include utilities
• Utilities are split evenly among all roommates

Room #2: $1006.60 (Photos 4-5)
