We are looking for a third roommate to fill in a space in our 3 bed apartment in Bushwick, right off the Myrtle Wyckoff station. There are two other guys in the apartment around 23-24 years old, and we are both gay. We would prefer a gay roommate as well around our age. We’re clean, good vibes and respectful, and ultimately looking for a person we can be friends with too. Rent would be $1250 with a $1250 security deposit, you will be taking over as a subletter until September 1st, where we would re-sign the lease. Laundry in basement!
