Hello, I plan on moving out in the next month or so. the room is NW facing, has two large windows and a small closest. Plenty of space for a full/Queen and a dresser and side table. there are 2 other rooms occupied by 2 males (late 20"). The living room is a decent size and kitchen is fully functional. there is one shared bathroom. Room is on the 2nd floor. Dekalb L stop is around the corner. Plus park, laundry, and grocery all within a block. I am looking for someones to take over the lease. rent is split evenly among the 3 as well as splitting utilities
