Hi! My name is Ben and I am looking for a roommate to move into my apartment in Bushwick (Brooklyn) starting May 1st or June 1st at the latest (unfortunately would not be open to sublets).

About the space: Recently renovated with new appliances. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are in unit and the apartment is approx. 5 mins walking distance from both the Chauncey J and the Wilson L stations. Nice rooftop area as well, rooms are about equal size. Rent would be $2125/person.

A bit about me: 25 year old working in programmatic at an advertising agency in the Financial District. I have been living in NYC since September 2022. Looking to vibe with my roommate and be friends. I’m clean, kind and a considerate person who works three days in the office a week. I also cook dinner around 3-4x/week.
